Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style done with passive postures, in search of stillness within each pose. The goal is to access the deeper tissues of your body, such as connective tissue and fascia. Each class allows your body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, offering a grounding, and calming practice, with profound energetic and emotional effects.
In this beautiful flow, you will be guided through postures that help you, like a breath of calm, to create healing, strength and flexibility for both your body and your mind!
From 6pm to 7pm, enjoy an all level Yoga class, outdoors, in the beautiful setting of Savino's Vineyard.
