This training is for any Yoga teachers who would like to offer Yin classes, students who love Yin Yoga and wish to know more about the practice, and new instructors looking for more guidance and support!

In this training, you will acquire:
10 Hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit.
A comprehensive, easy to read manual.
Knowledge of the history, principles, and benefits of the postures.
Knowledge of all Yin postures, as well as the Meridian lines and Chakras that each posture effects.
